Our Duty Managers liked having instant access to the online Outage Map. It looked nice on a desktop, but from the Treo Cell Phone, the full website was a little difficult to navigate. We condensed the outage map to remove the graphics and 'fluff' to only show the data. Although it lacks the territory map, broken into counties, the number of predicted and actual outages, by street are available.
